22 Tomoana Road was a collaborative project with NZ Housing group, which brought 28 new warm and sustainable homes to the Hawke’s Bay community. With a variation of housing types and sizes including 10 fully accessible units, the goal of this development was to accomodate the diverse needs of its future residents.
TW Property were involved in the 22 Tomoana Road project from inception to completion. After completing the design, consent, and subdivision, processes, we went on to project manage the construction, right up until project handover.
