TW Property partnered with the New Zealand Housing Group to deliver this large residential social housing development in Oliphant Road, Hastings.
Eight new homes were constructed, offering a variety of housing options including two-storey units, duplexes and stand-alone homes. This development was significant in that it marked the first two-storey homes that TW Property presented and built for Kāinga Ora.
Backing onto Ebbett Park, the design utilises the natural environment that the park provides, with low lying boundary fences allowing residents to look out onto the green, open spaces of the park. Four of the eight units have a view out over the park grounds.
TW Property managed the full scope of works for this development, from land acquisition and consents, through to construction and final completion of the project. Our team collaborated with our TW Trade businesses to deliver these quality, warm and healthy homes for the Hastings community.
