Restoration of a Napier heritage building that stood through the 1931 earthquake. This iconic two-story building had a full office refurbishment into a modern space, whilst maintaining its Heritage features.. This included removal of existing walls, installation of privacy glass, hard wearing carpet tiles, internal and external lighting, and full kitchen and bathroom renovation across two floors.
