With Surplus space in the existing Thai Restaurant the owners obtained building consent to turn approximately 25m2 of unused space into a Cafe. In liaison with a Cafe operator the small area was redesigned into a modern, simplistic coffee shop. The project team worked closely with the Body Corporate and Thai Restaurant operator to ensure everyone’s best interests were looked after throughout the process.
